He is a Partner of ARTHUR & CO. through his firm he operation in all the Major cities of India including tier 1 and tier 2 cities as it has diverse clientele with Listed and unlisted Company, NBFC, Foreign Company, Start-ups and has been associated with VC’s and PE Firms. He has been empanelled with various ARC for the IBC matters.

He was able to assist in many Corporate Restructuring, Capital Markets transactions, Dispute resolution, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, mergers, Reverse merger, Demerger, and cross-border merger though NCLT or though Fast track process, fund raising including debt or equity eighter for listing or through private placement or other means.

He has been standing before Many National Company Law Tribunal across India and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal for corporate law matters as well as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Matters.
